A Snowman set...

THAT time is fast approaching and if you're anything like me.....you're not ready!!!! :O  I don't know about you, but for me 365 days just isn't enough notice for Christmas!!! Eeeek!!!
BUT...Fab news!!!! Help is at hand!! The wonderful people in La Pashe land have jumped to our aid with the Christmas Box CD. There are heaps of images...digi's...toppers...gift tags...embellishments...sentiments and of course - decoupage on there, just ready for you to print and turn into something special for Christmas!
I've made a card/gift card holder...a candle and a little candy cane holder, which could be used as either a tree decoration or a table place name. All of these can be made quite easily with the images from the CD.
La Pashe also have an offer on at the moment where you can try their fabulous printing papers for FREE!!! ... HERE ...
So go...go...go.... you know you want need to!!!! :)
Happy Christmas Crafting All xxxx

Mo's Challenge #131 - Flowers

Yuk, yuk, yuk!!! So much rain...soooooo cold!!! Hard to believe we were all in Tshirts and sunglasses a couple of weeks ago! Good job we have crafting to give us a reason to stay in the warm....so long as you've put your heating back on that is!! ;) The girls are back at school...and I'm back to the gym!! Yay!! The closest to 'normality' I'm going to get I think!! :)
This week for Mo's Challenge we have a hugely popular theme...FLOWERS...designer papers...bought flowers...punched...crochet...knitted...pressed....Mo image with flowers on!!
I've used the gorgeous 'Kisses' image...coloured with Prisma and Polychromo pencils on Kraft...along with floral dp and daisies.

***Mo's brand new book 'Laundry Day'  is now available from Amazon!!    My copy has just arrived and it's A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!  :) xxx

Mo's Challenge #130

Good morning!
It's Thursday again and therefore Mo challenge day! This week the theme is 'I see Spots'...and with so many dotty papers...punches and 3D pearls and pearl pens...the world's your oyster! I made a birthday card for my daughter Emily's 17th birthday...she's a real 'purple' fan, and I just had to use this fitting image as I sent them off to see 'Mirror Mirror' at the cinema the other day which, if you didn't know, is a film based on Snow White. Snow White...apple...image...apple...just my thinking lol
I have once again used my fav combo at the moment...Kraft with Prismacolor and Polychromo pencils...the image is 'Bite' from the wonderfully talented Mo...
Papers - the new Boofle range...and
3D dots made with 'My Paper World' Pearl Pens from Dragonfly Designs  (they stay like pearls and don't 'peak')

Hope you all had a Happy Easter time...and enjoy the rest of the week if you're off school. Just one more term and it'll be Summer Hols!! YIP!!! :)

Mo's Challenge #129

Good morning from a not so sunny Surrey today! I shouldn't complain really...we've had some gorgeous weather recently, and as us lucky ones woke to another morning of glorious sunshine yesterday, I had a number of friends further north who woke to....SNOW!!!!  Totally crazy...yet still I love the  UK
I can't believe we're just a couple of days away from Easter!!! This year seems to be speeding along as fast as last year...and the weeks zoom by too! Here we are at Thursday again and it's Mo Challenge time! :)  An open challenge for you this week...it's an 'Anything Goes' week... BUT...there's a sketch over on the challenge blog which you can use if you wish x

I've used one of the gorgeous little Fairy Princesses...just love her...think it's the bunches!! I've used white cardstock this week but stuck with the Prisma & Polychromo pencils.

Have a fantastic Easter weekend...hope the weather settles and we can all get out to run off those Easter Eggs!! :)  xx

Mo Challenge # 127

It's quite scary to think we are almost at the Easter Holidays...and even more so that in another three months we will all be starting to think of Christmas in the craft world!! Eeeek! Sorrrryyy!! :)
Lets escape to the world that is Mo's for a while...this week for Mo's Challenge we are going all sparkly and want to see glitter and sequins and gems and pearls and ....anything that adds Bling to your creation basically! :)
You can go for as much or as little as you like.....
I have used the adorable baby fairy Kiki from Mo...I never tire of seeing her gorgeous little smiley face. I've coloured her with Prismas and Polychromos  on Kraft...I have fallen in love with them :)
The sun was out here at 6.15 this morning and it has been beautiful.....but where has it gone now???? Own up!!! Who's got it???? ............

Mo Challenge #126

Morning all...from a very foggy part of Surrey...but hopefully it'll clear to another lovely sunny afternoon. We've had some fab weather this week :)
Well...here we are at Thursday again, and that means its...Mo Challenge day again!! YiP!! After we gave you last weeks excuse to go out and buy something new, this week we'd better not push our luck and have the theme of... Buttons & Bows...so I think we must all be pretty safe :)
I have used the fantabulous Spring Fairy 'Puddle' ...and coloured it with a mixture of Prismacolor and Polychromo pencils...on Kraft x
I'm off to sort my craft room...I can't find anything any more!  I had to do a 30min round trip to go and buy silicone glue earlier as it was quicker than rummaging for mine!!! Ooops!!!

I'm entering this into this weeks...

Mo's Challenge #125

Afternoon...and a very sunny one here in the South too!! :) I could get used to this...but it's just as likely to snow the next minute though with the weather we've had recently! This should have gone on much earlier...but I was trying to hide it from the person that the card is for! A bit difficult anyway as she's on the team...but hopefully she's got it IRL now :)
The sunshine always makes the day better...and added to crafting...we have it made!  Well... I'm back with Mo and the team...and have missed them all and my crafting...my little pocket of sanity!! lol
This week at Mo's Challenge we have the fab theme of  TRY SOMETHING NEW....I just couldn't decide on 'which' something new!!!  I haven't...sorry...'hadn't'...bought anything new from the craft world for absolutely months...but then!!!...... Oooops!! It all changed!! :)  Soooo... on my card this week I have used a new technique (for me)  of colouring on Kraft cardstock...with my Prisma pencils and absolutely loved it!!

The thing is...do I NEED to buy more when I have Mr Holtz Distress Ink pens on order?? Do I? Huh? Huh? I think maybe....I do!!!!!! Lol
Anyway....I have also used my new Tim Holtz flower/leaf die...Memory Box heart die...Martha Stewart round the page punches and...flower spacers and brads from Nellie Snellen....oh and...Craftwork Cards Designer Paper...that's new too!! :)
If you can't join in this week due to having nothing new.....you have our full permission to go craft shopping!!! :)

Mo's Challenge #120

Good morning all. It's a touch chilly here... but the sun is shining and there is no 'white stuff' out there.....YET!!! But...worse things can happen than getting snowed in with all my craft stash!! :)
Well...it's Thursday again which means....it's Mo Challenge day...Yay! And this week we're being spoiled as it's a 'ANYTHING GOES' week with a SKETCH...so dig out your fav images...fav crafty stash bits and get going!!! :)
I've used Mo's totally gorgeous Ragged Romeo and coloured them with Copics.
I had a rummage about in some old paper piles the other day and found this from Funky Fairy...who sadly are no more...but Shaz certainly had some fab designs x
I'm off to find some nice flower punches to play with now....have a good day all...and keep safe out there xx

This weeks challenge at Mo's has the theme... STITCHING ... Real or Faux... I love sewing on cards, but my machine hasn't made it back out from Christmas time yet...so no real stitching from me this time. I have used Mo's totally gorgeous Winter Fairy Halla  and coloured her with Copics.
Now I've found my craft desk again I hope not to lose it !!
Take care all and hope to be back very soon :)

I have used the gorgeous 'A  Thousand Stars' from Mo and coloured with Copics.
If you have a couple of minutes, nip across to see the teams work...it's fab! x

Thursday again already!! But it does mean that it's Mo's Challenge day...AND...almost the weekend too!! YIP  :)

I've used the so gorgeous 'Kisses' image from Mo's ...Digital Pencil 2 ... and coloured her with Copics If you get a chance nip and have a look at the teams creations...they are just FAB!! x

Today is also a mixed emotion day for me... a year ago today I said goodbye to my dear Dad, who sadly lost his battle with cancer x Mixed feelings, as I'm so sad to have lost such a special man from my life...but also...so very thankful...and proud to have had him as part of it xx

Mo Challenge #105

Good morning from chilly... but potentially sunny Surrey :)
This weeks challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil was a real tough one for me! How was I supposed to chose my favourite Mo image??? ONE??  I mean really!! Lol  But...that's the only tough bit...once you've chosen your image you just need a sentiment to go with it and voila...you're done :)

I have used the absolutely gorgeous Ragged Angel  from Mo's Digital Pencil ...

Mo Challenge # 104

Good morning!! Long time no see!!
It's been a busy old time here but I'm back!! Hopefully Mr Blogger will post this for me as I'm off on swimming duty at school :)
This week at Mo's Challenge the theme is 'Inspired by a Song' ... set by our ever so talented Elaine.
I have used Mo's wonderful Chimney Sweep image...which of course immediately shouted Mary Poppins at me.
If you have 5 minutes with a cup of tea, nip over to the challenge blog and take a look at all the DT work this week...

Mo Challenge # 96...Something Blue

Morning all!! Another dull and dreary day here in the UK...think I must have blinked and missed summer at some stage!!  I suppose it kind of blends with this weeks Mo's Challenge as the theme set for us is 'Something Blue' ...that said....there's nothing dreary about any of the DT's cards...nip and have a look at their wonderful work over on the challenge blog x
I've used the totally gorgeous On The Pot (boy)  from the wonderful Mo and her Digital Pencil...coloured him with Copics...and added him to a card with DP's from Stamping Up and the Daisy & Dandelion ranges.

Hope you have a fab day x

Mo Challenge # 95

The weeks are whizzing past and we're already half way through the summer holidays...with not much 'Summer' going on!! This week for Mo's Challenge we were given the theme...'Anything But A Card'...and it's right up my 3D street! :)
I used the gorgeous 'Chocolate Smile' image from Mo's Digital Pencil and made a box for her to sit on...which I filled with chocolates!! :)
Right...well I'm off to Curves for a workout because just looking at those chocolates is likely to have put pounds on!!  Have a good day all x

Right ... on with this weeks Mo's Challenge ...which has been set by our lovely teamie Elaine, with the theme of 'Something Sweet' and should be food related. Easy peasy with all of Mo's adorable images...so many to choose from, like me it'll take you best part of the week to pick one!! lol
I've used the gorgeous little 'Kai is One' image...coloured her with Copics and the papers are from DCWV 'Sweet' collection,

Mo Challenge # 92 Summer Vacation...

Wow!! It's been so long since I came in here that I had to dust before I could sit and do anything... and such a long time since I've crafted too! I've put that to rights and made a few 'teacher' cards in the last couple of days...and have HUGE plans to get some 'me' time once school finishes tomorrow! Yip!! ^.^
Well I'm back, (late!)... and playing at Mo's Challenge this week, and boy have I missed the girls and their incredible work x
This weeks theme is 'Summer Vacation'...here in the UK the weather seems to be confusing Summer with Autumn...it's rained and rained...and rained some more...but regardless of the weather, we are just one day away from the summer hols and so this is my DT card for this challenge, based on the teachers going off on Summer Vacation....

Mo Challenge # 88....

Morning! :)
Another week has shot past and we are another week closer to the summer holidays! Yip! If only the weather would catch up with the times huh? It's not just been wet this week, it's been cold too!
Well...on with this weeks challenge. A lovely one this week with heaps of options! The actual title of the theme is 'F,F,F,F' ...which roughly translates to ... 'Fairies, Flutters, Flowers and Fancy Folds'...of which you can include one, two, three or all of on your creation.
Me being me has gone for the 'all of' option. The image I've used is Teacup Fairy from Mo's Digital Pencil  as my 'Fairy' ... I've made an easel card as my fancy fold...used punched butterflies as my 'Flutters' and Prima Hydrangeas for my 'Flowers'.

Papers -  Paper Adventures - Paper Heart - from Dragonfly Designs

Mo Challenge # 87

Hi all :)  Ok, so what happened to our weather? I know I really shouldn't complain considering what's going on around the world...BUT... I was quite liking waking up to sunshine and flinging open the windows!  Oh well...on the not so sunny days, it gives us a good excuse to craft! :)
This week at Mo's Challenge, we were given the theme ... To use A Tag/Tags and your fav embellies ... I've used 4 small tags to make the BABY sentiment, and my ribbon and roses have to be right up there with my fav embellishments!
If you get a chance, do nip across to the challenge blog to see the rest of the DT's work...it's amazing! x
