Music Saves My Soul...

Ok...I just couldn't make my mind up (nothing new there huh? ^.^) for Marcea's Music Saves My Soul ...so you can have two this week! I know...I could have saved one of them for next week....but that's a whole 7 days away!!! ^.^
Even though I love both of these for what they are...I'm a very lyrical person when it comes to my music choices x
The first is my most fav song of the moment...I just LOVE Adele! Can I get away with saying that? lol Oh well....

And the second is my second most played, even though it's older...

Katieann is playing the violin to my Mum at the moment...and whilst she is doing very well...these are a touch more bearable!!! lol

Mo's Challenge # 69

Morning :)
This week Cathy has made a sketch for us to follow at Mo's Challenge. I just love sketches sometimes when you just can't think of where you want to put things :)
I've used one of Mo's gorgeous little fairies this week and some scrummy new papers from Prima, called 'Annalee' ... and Jack and Jill. She was coloured in Copics...and I've dotted my 'new colour' liquid pearls everywhere too :)

Sweet Sixteen...

I can't believe that I'm making cards for 16 year olds...and they're my 'little' Emz's friends!! She'll not thank me for saying but...it only seems a short time ago she started Pre school *sigh* And in a couple of months they'll all be finishing Secondary!
Anyway... I have used my brand new stamp that I bought at the Stevenage show, from the ever-so lovely Teresa at Crafts and Me ... Violet Angel ...

Apologies for the video...it's the best 'they' would let me share ...

Mo's Challenge # 68

I can't believe that Thursday has come round once again, and what's more...it's the second one in February...already!!!!! But hey...there are good things that come with that because of course, it's Mo's Challenge day! Yay!
The theme chosen by our talented 'teamie' Cathy, is... Valentine...BUT...in non traditional colours! So NO RED or PINK to be used!
As I don't sell my cards, and I don't have a need for a squidgy, sloppy card - just for a bit of fun I chose this gorgeous little madam! She is not surprisingly called 'Bossy' and I just couldn't resist giving her the perfect sentiment! :0)
She's coloured in Copics, and I've used some gorgeous new polka dotted glitter card, heart ribbon and the new blue liquid Pearls....all from Dragonfly Designs.
If you nip across to Mo's Challenge blog, I can honestly tell you that the other DT girls will not disappoint you with what they've made x

I'm entering this into ...
Crafter's Companion - Romance (ok, so it's not full of tact, but she shows potential!! lol)
The Crafty Pad - Love is in the air (it's there somewhere, I'm sure lol)
Double Dutch - Love is in the air ( ditto ^.^ )

Just Inklined February Hop...

I'm not quite sure where January went to, but here we are in February, and it's time for another Just Inklined hop!
This month we have the theme of 'Valentine'...
I have used the gorgeous image Wedding Bouquet from Just Inklined and made a card just perfect for a Valentine wedding. The leaf is made with a Nellie Snellen punch and embosser...it's definitely my 'THE' punch to have at the moment. I bought mine from Dragonfly Designs.
The Just Inklined images are now available from La Pashe...and are a BARGAIN £1 each!!!!

If you arrived from the wonderful Jeni's blog then you're on the right track and need to hop on over to Meeshe's blog :) If you just happened to be wandering by, then you need to jump back to Cathy's blog, as you don't want to miss anything!!

I'm entering this into...
Allsorts - Love love love
Prairie Fairy Fridays - For a sweetheart

Make It Colourful Challenge #4

Woohoo! It's the weekend! And it's also time for another challenge from Make It Colourful! :0) We have a great challenge for you this week...and we're sponsored by the fabby Karen's Doodles too!
Karen kindly gave the DT a couple of images to choose from, and I chose this little fella with his butterflies ...Thanks Karen x I've also used the gorgeous Peaches of Plenty from Make It Crafty.
The challenge....is to blend your colours from purple to blue or vice versa. You might think eeek! ...but actually it's not that bad. If you start off with purple as your deepest shade colour you can then blend the blues as you move out.
**Please note** It's NOT a colour challenge...but a 'colouring' challenge. If you want some fantastic colouring tutorials grab a cup of coffee...ok a flask might be better lol...and nip over to Zoe's amazing blog. On the left hand sidebar of her blog you might just see the HUGE 'You Tube' logo ...click on that and off you go!! :)
The team have amazing work to show you this week if you want heaps of inspiration ... have fun!!!
I'm entering this into...
Flutter By Wednesday - Anything Goes (but must have a butterfly, angel or fairy on it)
Creative Belli - jewellery ...I've used pearls
Copic Creations - We're Cool
