Happy Halloween!!!

Halloween wishes to one and all!

These were cards I made for a 'Trick 'n' Treat' swap we are doing on Craft Swap Forum. Those wanting to take part notified Simon, and he randomly gave us all one person to send a Trick item to and one to send a Treat! We should all get one of each in return! No ... not my youngest daughter's little toy one...but MTTC challenge 'doodles'!! ^.^
They said...
This week's theme is 'Doodling'. Try adding some freehand drawing to your projects. Maybe something really simple or if you're feeling really brave perhaps try drawing your own image instead of using a rubber stamp! Get your felt tips at the ready and have loads of fun doodling!
As you can see...I wasn't feeling really brave!!

Another celebration!

What great timing to receive a lovely gift!!
The postie has just brought me an envelope from 'Runa Design' ...with a gorgeous card, little notebook...and two rubber stamps!!!

This was a prize that I won from 'Cutie Sunday' for the card that I made with their sketch that week... So thank you very much at Cutie Sunday ...and thank you Arwen ♥

First Anniversary!

Today is my 1st Blogoversary!!
Gosh!! Where does the time go???
Now...I'm not too sure, but I think that some of it {but not enough!} was spent .... crafting!!

As it happens... the 1st of October was the 1st Anniversary of the Papertake Weekly Challenge! So this week they are offering the choice of two challenges...

Firsts - first birthday, Christmas, anniversary etc OR
No Stamping! - embellishments, papers, die cuts, paper folding, stitching, encaustic, doodling? etc etc

How perfect!!
And as it was a bit special for me too...I decided to do both!!!
This is my 'No Stamping' card...

...and this is my First Anniversary card!
{Apologies for the blinding light...good old acetate once again I'm afraid!! }
Now, I know it doesn't actually say 'Happy Anniversary' - but that's because it's a bit daft sending myself a card! ...BUT...instead it's a 'Thank You' for all of you who have visited over the last year...

Thank you so, so much for all your lovely comments everyone...and most importantly...your time
