The background image is from the 'Doodle That' set from Stampin' Up! and stamped in Orchid Opulence. The tags have been embossed using a Cuttlebug folder...also the Happy Birthday. This has then been cut out using a 1 3/8" SU! punch and mounted on a punched out scallop , also SU! ..then finished with a piece of Very Vanilla taffeta ribbon...errr...that'll be Stampin' Up! too ^.^

Orchid Opulence...
This is a card I made for my ex MIL last week :0)
