Flowers...

Whilst having a cuppa, I set off on a 'quick' (if there is such a thing!) 'Blog Walk' :)
Out on my travels I found a new (for me) challenge blog... Rosie-Dee's Challenge.
This week they would like us to make something using a handmade flower.

I made this card using the new 'In with the Old' papers from Funky Fairys...and whilst I did have the help of a punch or two...I still embossed the edges and assembled the flower myself! ^.^ I hope it counts :)

Yum Yum!!

I had high hopes of crafting today...but I guess with Daisy on form...Dave on nights, and therefore sleeping, it was a bit of a pipe dream really!
Instead Daisy and I decided to make some cakes...Yum!! My dear friend Linda had sent us some silicon cake cases, so we thought we'd try them out.
Now all I have to do is the same old thing of trying to explain that just because she made them...they aren't all for her!!!!!!!!!!! *.*

No Stamping!!!!!

The challenge over on 'Stamp Something' this week is....... NO Stamping!!! *.*
Even though the name of our blog indicates otherwise, this week's challenge is to stamp nothing. That's right, no stamping allowed this week. Your challenge is to create a paper craft without using stamps. So get out those papers, rub-ons, chipboard pieces, etc. and see what you can do.

I'm Back!!

Phew!! Where did Christmas and New Year go to??? *.*
I've had a busy few weeks, but slowly getting back to normality now...whatever 'normality' may be!!! :)
I haven't managed ANY crafting since the 23rd December, so I think I'd better get back to it before I forget how!!! :0)

Meanwhile...this is a calendar that I made for a friend for Christmas...it seems a shame to let it go to 'blog waste' so I'll use it for the Arty Girlz challenge this week, which is .... Button It!!
This weeks challenge is yep you got it BUTTONS just use buttons on your creations, as usual our challenges are open to all formats and interpretation, create what ever you like but it must have at least 1 button on it.

A Christmas Icon...
