Purple Weddings!!

My poor old blog has been a bit neglected of late as we move into the realms of  the social sites of Facebook/Twitter etc...but as it was a NYR of mine to put more on here...I'd better do just that! :)
Before Christmas I had a few wedding orders to do...which actually was quite a nice break from all things Christmas...and Cadbury Purple was obviously an in colour!

I thought I'd share a few wedding cards, a candle & a keepsake box with you...no reaching for the chocolate though...I know you're tempted with all that gorgeous purple!!  :D

A keepsake box (the mdf box was made by my wonderful other half)... to keep all those special Wedding Day treasures in....

A candle to use or keep ...

and cards...

...and this one was for a different wedding....

I really am going to try and visit my own blog more often in 2015....so hopefully I'll see you soon!!! ;) xx
I'm going to enter these into the

Mess and elegance with Heartfelt Creations

Morning world...oh no wait....it's now afternoon!! Eeek...where did my morning go?? O.o
This is the third and final project that I submitted to the Heartfelt Creations DT call. I had a wonderful time playing in the world of girly grunge :)

Voting...HERE... is open until the 18th Oct and I really appreciate your time...and vote x
Thanks for looking and have a fab day xx

I Need YOUR Help!!!!!!

Pretty please :) x

A few weeks ago I saw a post on Heartfelt Creations FB page with a shout for a new DT.  I thought about it...thought again...and then thought ...unless I entered I wouldn't stand a chance! So off to my craft room I went!
Wellllllll......yesterday was THE day when they released the names of the semi finalists....and I'm on the list!! Yayyyy!!! :)

Now, I'm not usually one to shout about things...what will be will be...BUT...there is a voting system in place...and I would like  'need' your votes!!! :)

One of my old (back in time not age! LOL) team mates from another DT  - Enfys - has also made it through  along with Liz - also from the UK...and as you need to pick 5 semifinalists to complete your vote, I'm sure they would appreciate an extra tick in the box :)
Sooo...if you have a couple of minutes to spare while you drink your coffee and dunk your biccies, I'd very much appreciate your vote...which you can do over HERE...
Oh...and you will also have a chance of winning a $50 Heartfelt Creation gift certificate!! :)

This is one of the projects I submitted  ...the Hearts and Lace white card (a couple of posts down) was another xx

Thanking you very much...cheekily...and in advance *Mwah* xxxx

Hearts and Lace...

I have days where pure elegance is in my head...and others complete yummy mess!! Lol
Today is a elegant day :)
This is a card I made using the gorgeous Heartfelt Creations Decorative Blossom corners and hearts from their Timeless Amour set of dies.
I've made a centre flower from the Delicate Aster set and placed it within the heart 'cage' on a heart base made from rainbow mirri card...

I hand made a gift box for it to go in and placed a matching heart cage on the top x

Heartfelt Flowers....

Hi all...from a nice sunny and 'warmish' South of England :)
This is a card I made using the Heartfelt dies and stamps. I absolutely love making something from scrap...and these flowers started life as a scrap piece of half inked vellum.
The Sun Kissed Fleur flowers were stamped... embossed in white...cut with the matching dies...shaped and then edged with gold embossing powder.
I've used Spellbinders Grand Decorative Ovals one as the center layers with a sentiment from Inkylicious.

I am entering this card into the following challenges...
Crafty Ribbons Challenge - Anything goes...with ribbon!
Paper Crafting Journey - Flowers
Happy Campers - Flowers
Creative Knockouts - Texture
Fussy and Fancy Friday - Punches and Dies
