Good morning!
Well, it's Wednesday again...and it's raining...again!!! What a miserable day out there! Mind you, as I know lots of my lovely crafting buddies have snow...again...I'll leave my complaining there! Me thinks I'd rather have the wet stuff than the white stuff!! ^.^
Wednesday is of course Fab'n'Funky challenge day though, and this week we have one of my fav colour combo's (ermm...that'll be me who chose it then!! lol ) and it's 'Black'n'White' ...but ...you may use colour for your image IF you chose to use one :) I'm good like that!! ^.^
Oh and...nearly forgot to say that ... the fantastic Mr Dustin Pike is sponsoring us this week...and you have the chance of winning a digi image! Yay :)

I started my card with the image and wondered what I could have him looking up at. With thoughts of Shaz and Dan in mind this week, the ideal thing to look for is 'hope'.

Fab'n'Funky are 'Childish'!

Hi all...
I'm jolly late today with my DT card for Fab'n'Funky ...naughty corner for me I think!!! But boy...how fab was it to see the sunshine today, and even nicer to be able to take a photo with the sun shining through the windows!! Perhaps it was my bright 'spring' coloured card of yesterday that helped!! ^.^
Well...the theme for this weeks challenge at Fab'n'Funky is... Childish ! Some of the team have used the theme to celebrate the births of their Grandchildren...with Congrats going to Ginny, Andrea and Gilly (and their families of course ^.^) Bit early for us here yet...Kayleigh has just over two weeks to go!! Hmmm...said out loud two weeks is like....SOON!!! ^.^I have used another fantabulous image from the wonderful Mo and her Digital Pencil...'Bye Bye'! I have to add that I'm absolutely loving my Prismacolor pencils!!

Mo is Hopping!!!!

Yippeeee!!! Today's the day......no......we're not having a teddy bears picnic...we're having a Mo's Double Team Hop!!! Wooohooo!!!
A few days ago, Mo's PCP group had clocked up an amazing 1000 followers!!! As I type it's at 1053, so we'd better hurry up and get started on this celebration of 1000 before we are at 1100, and have to party again!!! ^.^
We are celebrating 6 whole months of life with Mo's images too, and what a 6 months it's been!
I feel so very proud and privileged to be part of Mo's team, she's a wonderful person, who not only graces us with her stunning images, but her time too. Thanks Mo for all you do...mwahh xx

My card and notebook have been made using Mo's image called 'Sorry Shanna'...a little lady close to my heart! Apparently, like Shanna, I used to pick all the flowers in my parents' garden when I was 2!! ...as I say...apparently!!! ^.^Now, for this very special hop, Mo is being her usual generous and lovely self, and has some absolutely fantastic prizes up for grabs...including:

Mo's Challenge #18

Morning all!
Phew! I thought it was going to be a very 'white' morning here...but it's disappeared again, thankfully! Now, while we're...ok...I'M on the subject of white...this weeks challenge at Mo's is to create something using the colours Pink, Red and White Oh! and you need to add a heart somewhere too! :0)

Spots, Dots and a Baby!

Hello!! It's been ages since I've managed to get here on a Saturday, but today the sun is shining and that means that the girls have been outside playing! Yay!!
Well, this week the Cute Card Thursday challenge are being sponsored by Phindy's Place...and if you've never been there...you should visit!! :)
CuteCardThursday's challenge has the theme of 'Spots and Dots' this week.I've used an image called 'Bare Bottom Baby'!! ...and made a card and a nappy cake for a friend, who wanted a token gift to go with a card. That's the beauty of nappy cakes...you can make them as simple or complex as you like.

Wood You Be Mine?

Morning!
Another yukky (techy term!) day here...it's so dark I have the lights on!!! *.*
As it's Thursday...it's Mo's day!! Yip!! Our challenge this week was set by Dawn, and she chose...wood!!! Now...it's far easier than you think! Dawn says..."Wood can be interpreted any way you like...A tree..the word Wood or Would...a faux wood paper, wood veneer...any of Mo's images that have a "wood" image..a wooden picture frame..Wood you be mine...Mo's snowman image has wooden arms...Pinocchio, hobby horse, wooden train images are just a few of her other creations that I can think of that have wood".
You see...Simples!! ^.^
I've used real wood veneer on mine...that's the main background, and I've also used it to make flowers. Going to the extreme...I've used my new Prismacolor pencils {made of wood!! ;) } too! ^.^ Don't look too closely though...this was my first attempt with them! :)

A dull and miserable looking day out today, but shhhhh...I'm going to try and sneak a warm and snuggly day inside...all to myself!! Hmmmmm...we'll see!! lol I have some dinners to make for Mum and Dad but other than that...I aim to craft!!! Yay me! :0)

You don't have to use a Soft Pencil image on your cards...but the 'added extra' this week is to use embossing somewhere on your project.
